The U.S. Department of Education requires that we report and disclose certain information about our school programs in a clear, prominent, user-friendly, and easily understood manner. The intent of the requirement is to enable students to make an informed choice about a program of study. To this end, we have developed documents containing the following information:

As of January 1, 2013 The California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education has required that certain information be easily obtainable for our students regarding our California institutions. Below you will find information regarding each Advanced Career Institute campus location. Specifically the institutions: Catalog, Performance Fact Sheet, most recent Annual Report and any Student Brochures offered by each campus.

Consumer Information Guide

The Department of Education requires all Participating Title IV Schools to provide consumer information disclosures. The Consumer Information Guide is intended to provide and briefly describe information regarding requisite consumer information to current and prospective students, the Department of Education, and others.

Annual Security Report

This report complies with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act). This report is prepared in cooperation with local law enforcement agencies. Nothing in the law shall be construed to permit a school to retaliate, intimidate, threaten, coerce, or otherwise discriminate against any individual with respect to the implementation of the Clery Act.

Voter Registration

Advanced Career Institute encourages eligible students to register and vote. Students of California may register to vote online. If further assistance is needed, students may contact their Campus Director for more information on voter registration.
